Sang for a band, moved to New York City – attended The Natural Gourmet Institute For Health and Culinary Arts – emphasizing in dietary specific cooking – vegan, gluten free, macro – ayurvedic, juicin’ – and classical french technique
graduated – worked for Diner, M. Wells, and Mile End, private cheffed a bunch, built The Smile’s pastry empire, moved to Los Angeles.
General – Loves cooking and baking of course, hot and cold yoga, running, dogsitting, projects, singing, dancing, laughing in abundance.
